How to Get started NOWSpace is Extremely Limited

STEP ONE – Select the parcel of land.

STEP TWO – Once You’ve decided on the land and length of Lease the paperwork is emailed to You for review and signing, this is done online via Adobe Sign, its super fast and easy.

STEP THREE – Go to the online calendar to schedule your week long stays at your convenience. You can book as many or as few stays as you wish at any given time. This can be done at any time and can be changed at your discretion based on land availability at that time.

How is the cost of Fractional Use set? – There are Four (4) variables that determine cost:

  1. Number of Weeks Per Year you want to have scheduled stays. ( Under the 1/4 Share program You’re leasing Ten scheduled weeks per year and daily access at your discretion )
  2. Location (is the land a dry campable site all year, partially wet or wet land leased solely to gain daily access to the gated land ),
  3. Lot Size (the land is leased by the acre, i.e. the larger the parcel the higher the monthly payment ) and
  4. Length of Lease (the longer lease term, the lower the monthly payment ).

Is There a Minimum Lease Term? – Yes, our Factional Use lease term may run as short as One (1) year and as long as Five (5) years.

FULLY SUBSCRIBED: Out of the 52 weeks each year that the land can be utilized. Under the 1/4 Share FRACTIONAL USE, FLOATING DATE Lease Program when the specific parcel of land has all four quarters leased (Ten Weeks for each Lease Holder ) it is deemed “Fully Subscribed” and no additional leases will be entered into by Landlord for that specific parcel of land. This leaves Twelve (12) non-consecutive Open Weeks for Tenants to switch use dates.

* How to determine Dates of Use – Dates of Use for scheduled week long stays will be determined by Tenant at Tenant’s discretion and will be only subject to Land availability (availability schedule is found on the password protected portion of the recreational land website, accessible by Tenants exclusively). A “Week” is defined as: Seven (7) consecutive days. Arriving on a Sunday and departing on the following Saturday, one calendar week.
